Your association or its manager posts documents on a page here. You don't need an account to read them.
Finding a document
Open your association's page, then type a word like "bylaws" in the search box, or scroll to the section you want. Download saves the file to your phone or computer.
Owner code required
Some documents are for owners only. Ask your manager or board for the owner code, and enter it on the page. The documents then appear, and the code works for your visit. If it stops working, the code may have changed, so ask for the current one.
Something is missing or out of date
Your association or its manager decides what's posted and when. Please ask them. AboveBoard provides the page and can't add or change documents.
Your privacy
There's no account and no tracking. We count how many times each document is downloaded, with nothing about who downloaded it.
